Overview

This Fulfillment Policy describes how Ainetrix Inc. delivers its services to customers. All services provided by Ainetrix are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Service Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, access to Ainetrix services is provisioned electronically. Depending on the service purchased: • Software access and credentials are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase, typically within one business day. • For custom implementation or configuration services, delivery occurs according to the timeline agreed upon in the applicable service agreement. • Subscription services are active from the date of payment and remain active through the end of the billing period.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard service access is provisioned within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Custom or enterprise engagements follow the project timeline specified in the signed service agreement. If delivery is delayed beyond the stated timeframe due to factors within our control, we will notify you by email and provide a revised timeline.

Access and Onboarding

Following provisioning, customers receive instructions for accessing and using the service. For complex deployments, Ainetrix may conduct an onboarding session via video call or written documentation to ensure the service is properly configured for your use case.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain service availability consistent with business operations. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Unplanned outages will be addressed promptly and customers will be notified of significant disruptions.
